House Rules

I. Main principle: Altogether respectful and helpful attitude
1.  Litvill Lessons strives to encourage people at all ages to be creative, learning by teaching and to respect opposing or differing opinions, beliefs and conclusions are principally followed. Try to listen to and understand others you may disagree with. Encourage others on the site to also be welcoming and respectful.
2. Disagreement and debate are encouraged and are often important to making the site more helpful. It is okay to disagree as long as your comments are civil, respectful, and polite, and as long as you give the impression of assuming good will on the part of the person you are disagreeing with.

II. Rules on Content of lessons
You agree that you are solely responsible (to us and to others) for the activity that occurs under your account.
1. Lessons, comments or report of errors that include information copied from other sites should make this explicit by putting the copied content into blockquotes preceded by a clear attribution of the source.
2. Assignments are encouraged to be creative, not just copy and paste from other resources.
3. Avoid meme pictures and sex-related or sexually provocative images.
4. Image- or video-only lessons should be captioned and (where applicable) accompanied with an explanation of their relevance to the lessons.
5. Assignments and comments should be written in English with correct spelling, punctuation, and grammar, and sentence capitalization.
6. Plagiarized content from other sources will be collapsed.
7. Users are encouraged to utilized all the tools and image library provided by Litvill Lessons.

III. Rules on Comments, report of errors
1. Comments or report of errors should be informative, must not contain personal attacks, disrespectful or insulting attacks on the lessons content, other comments, or hate speech.
2. Comments and report of errors should be written in English with correct spelling, punctuation, and grammar, and sentence capitalization.
3. Comments and report of errors that advocate certain harmful actions are not allowed.

IV. Cases of considered violated on Litvill Lesson’s rule:
1. Actions are considered violated on Litvill Lesson’s rule:
    (1) make attacks or otherwise disparage other people,
    (2) refer to other people's content with insulting or disrespectful language,
    (3) harass others on the site or
    (4) advocate self-harm, even in a joking manner.
2. Actions that do not comply with the above rules may be collapsed by user downvotes; collapsed by reviewers or admins; deleted, when they strongly detract from the lesson page, or are potentially harmful to the site or users.
