Welcome to Litvill Lessons Association (litvill.org), one of the youngest and forward-thinking non-profit organizations in India and probably the first with the unique combination of teaching about sustainable lifestyle through English courses.
The Site is owned and operated by Litvill Lessons Association, an Indian non-profit EdTech company with its registered address at 67,GOSHAL ROAD SANGANER, SHIV VATIKA, BAGRU JAIPUR Jaipur RJ 303007 IN.
1. Litvill Lessons Association (LLA for short) provides its service (the "Service") to you, subject to the following Terms of Service.
2. Upon accessing or utilizing the Site, the User acknowledges their agreement to abide by the Terms of Service. If the User is under the legal age, they must also confirm that they have obtained consent from their parent or legal guardian, who will assume responsibility for the User’s adherence to the Terms of Service. Please note that the Service is not designed for individuals under the age of 10.
3. LLA reserves the right to update these Terms of Service periodically. Users' acceptance of the new Terms of Service is implied by their continued use of the Service or the Site following any such changes.
4. If Users do not consent to adhere to these Terms of Service or any future revisions, they should refrain from using or accessing (or continuing to use or access) the Service or the Site.
5. LLA reserves the right to change/modify the terms and conditions without any prior notice. Hence, it is your responsibility to review the terms and conditions periodically to stay up-to-date with any changes. Your continued usage of the LLA platform after the changes to the terms and conditions will signify your acknowledgment and agreement to updated terms and conditions.
1. The Service permits users who register for an account to set up and maintain an online profile on the Site, known as a "Profile." Each registered User is allocated their own Profile where they can post "User Comments."
2. All new content and services introduced on the current platform, such as the launch of new tools and resources, will be governed by the Terms of Service.
1. Registration is the first step in order to avail our services. Therefore, for the purpose of the registration you will be asked to provide your personal details such as name and valid email address. Further, to create a user profile, more information such as your active mobile number, age, interests and password of your choice will be asked. You agree that any information provided by you is accurate and up-to-date.
2. Keeping the confidentiality of your account including but not limited to username and password is fully your responsibility. You are accountable for all the activities (keeping track of credits, packages, modules and more) taking place on your account. Your account can only be used only by you, and it is not transferable.
3. By creating an account with Litvill Lessons Association you give explicit consent to record your classes with tutors and mentors to publish them and upload on our YouTube to review your classes by you and others users for learning purposes.
1. In order to purchase the packages, learners are required to buy credits. The users can top up their credits any time with any amount.
2. The full version of the Service can be used by anyone by subscribing and paying the fee indicated in the Pricing page. Profit is not included in the prices, they reflect only the actual cost the company spends on maintaining and running the platform. Consequently, the company reserves the right to revise the pricing quarterly, based on its current expenses.
3. For sponsored users the platform usage and the services are free from charge for the period indicated in their Acceptance letters, and their learning package is adjusted accordingly in the Learning Management System.
4. In case a free-trial period is included, users will not be charged until the free period is over. After the free trial period, their card will automatically be charged using the card details entered at the beginning of the trial.
5. The purchased learning packages are available and can be used during the time period as indicated in the Pricing page. After the expiration date the users will have no access to their learning content. Users can see the remaining days in the right upper corner of the site, under the My Account.
6. The purchased learning packages do not expire during the indicated time period due to non-use of them.
An agreement between user and LLA will only come into existence once the credits have been purchased and your account has been credited along with an order confirmation email sent by LLA.
7. The learning packages are not subscription-based: when they expire, they are not renewed automatically.
The following terms shall apply to Users whether or not you are the individual using the Paid Service or if you are a third party facilitating and/or paying on behalf of an individual (such as a student, employee, agent, contractor or other representative) to use the Paid Service.
1. The ordering process on the Site allows users to check their order before they proceed with a credit purchase. The details of the order should be checked before payment. We will send a confirmation email each time when the User purchases a Paid Service “CREDITS”. The contract between User and LLA is formed at the time we send a confirmation email.
2. By placing an order, the user agrees to pay for the credits by Paytm, PhonePe or debit/credit card, along with the GST (if applicable) and any other fees or amounts associated with such Paid Service(s).
3. You may cancel any credit purchase and claim a refund from LLA for any reason within the first 10 working days following your initial purchase.
4. LLA uses secure payment service providers to make sure that your payments are secure. Every payment gateway company has its own terms and conditions and we encourage you to review them.
5. LLA may run promotions and free offers which may be subject to additional terms or restrictions. These promotions and offers may not be shared among different Users.
LLA may suspend or terminate the User access to and/or use the services immediately and without liability if
LLA has reason to believe that the User are in breach of or have acted inconsistently with these Paid Services Terms.
6. Refund policy
6.1 Purchased learning packages are non-refundable.
6.2 Once the learner is enrolled with us we try our best to provide satisfactory services. However, in case you are not happy with the services, you can request for a refund within the 10 days of your credit purchase. Please note you can only get a refund of the credits purchased but not used to buy packages. A cancellation fee of 20% + earned fee + third party or any regulatory fee would be applicable. This refund policy is subject to change without prior notice. Users are encouraged to review the refund policy time to time for any updates.
6.3 To ask for a refund please email us at lessons@litvill.com along with details of the transaction to begin the refund process. Refunds are normally processed within 4-5 weeks from the date of request along with all relevant information.
1. The content and materials available on Litvill.org including but not limited to website name, text, graphics, logos are the intellectual property of Litvill Lessons Association.
2. The learning material in the learning management system is the intellectual property of our strategic partner providing us the services. Thus, any misuse including but not limited to distribution, display or transmission of any content on this site, and reproduction (replicate, duplicate, reproduce, sell, trade, or resell our resources) is strictly prohibited.
1. You agree that we may, at our sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to either whole or in part our website, learning management system, and other resources with or without prior notice and for any reason including but not limited to violation of User agreement.
2. Furthermore, being found engaged in any suspected illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activities may result in the termination of your account, and such activities may be reported to appropriate law enforcement agencies.
3. Upon suspension or termination, your access to the website, learning management system and other resources we offer will immediately cease, and we reserve the right to delete any information associated with your account, including login credentials.
1. Litvill Lessons Association controls the website of Litvill Lessons from our registered office in Bagru, Jaipur, Rajasthan. The website is accessible across India. As each state has laws that might be different from those of Rajasthan, India, by accessing our website, implies your agreement to comply with statutes and laws of our main office Bagru, Jaipur, Rajasthan in India, without regard to the conflict of laws.
2. Additionally, any legal action taken to enforce this User Agreement will occur in the state court located at our registered main office in Rajasthan, India. By using our website, you willingly submit the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objections concerning jurisdiction, venue or inconvenient forum objections to such courts.
1. E-modules: We are constantly working to provide learning material that is crafted to facilitate effective learning and language acquisition. However, Litvill Lessons Association does not guarantee specific learning outcomes or proficiency levels as individual results may vary based on factors including but not limited to self-learning dedication, practice, and external circumstances.
2. Qualified Mentors: Our English mentors are specifically chosen from Western countries to offer the international English speaking environment. However, Litvill Lessons Association does not guarantee specific learning outcomes or proficiency levels as individual results may vary based on factors including but not limited to self-learning dedication, practice with tutors, mentors and peer learners, along with external circumstances.
3. Platform Performance: We are fully committed to ensure that our platform remains accessible and functional, barring routine maintenance, unforeseen technical glitches along with out of control events. Some technical issues may require extended periods, ranging from days to weeks, to resolve fully.

Under no circumstances Litvill Lessons Association, its officers, directors, employees, partners, or agents shall be held liable to you or any third party for any special, unexpected damages including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, profits, business, and savings, as a result of using our services or due to any changes, data loss or corruption, cancellation, loss of access, or downtime.
2. Litvill Lessons Association will not be held responsible in case any failure or delay occurs in providing its services that may take place from any reasons that are beyond the control.

Livill Lessons Association will not be considered in violation of its satisfaction guarantee policy or default under any terms of service if it can not fulfill its obligations due to certain out of control reasons such as flood, earthquake, lightning, drought, hurricane, cyclone, landslide, tornado, act of God, epidemic, famine, public enemy, action of a court or public authority, change in law, explosion, armed conflict, strike of labor, boycott, lockout, war, terrorism or similar events beyond our reasonable control, whether foreseen or unforeseen.
